Course Access

Payments

Unless otherwise specified in respect of the courses, the Course Fee is payable either:

(a) with a one-off lump-sum payment, payable at the time of purchase; or

(b) in instalments, with payments being due at certain times over a set period of time, as specified on the course website, with the first instalment being payable at the time of purchase. Subsequent instalments will be automatically deducted from the debit/credit card you used to pay for the first instalment.

The total amount paid for the courses will depend on whether the Course Fee is paid in a one-off lump sum payment or in instalments. The amount payable for the course will be clearly stated on the course website and will be the total amount payable for the selected payment option.

By choosing to pay the Course Fee in instalments, you agree that:

(a) it is your responsibility to ensure that the instalment payments are made on the due dates;

(b) B-Live Digital Ltd and/or its service providers are authorized to collect the instalment payments from the debit/credit card you used to pay for the first instalment when such instalments become due and payable;

(c) you will inform us by email at the contact information provided on the course website if you change your debit/credit card or if your debit/credit card expires or is no longer valid prior to your next instalment becoming due and payable;

(d) any failure to make payment of an instalment when due and payable constitutes a breach of the Contract and:

(i) unless otherwise agreed in writing by B-Live Digital Ltd, will result in you losing the right to pay by instalments and all outstanding instalment amounts will become immediately due and payable; and

(ii) without prejudice to any other rights it may have, B-Live Digital Ltd may suspend or cancel your access to the course until the remaining instalment amounts are paid in full;

Intellectual Property

For online study materials and bonuses, the license granted is to use the online study materials and bonuses by an individual student only.

Save as expressly set out in the course terms or as otherwise agreed by B-Live Digital pursuant to additional terms and conditions, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, sublicense, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, disseminate or distribute in any way the course, course materials, or bonuses.

Access to the course and use of the course materials or bonuses not expressly permitted in the course terms is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of B-Live Digital's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Termination and Modification

If you breach any of the terms outlined in these Terms of Service, B-Live Digital Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the course without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide you with an explanation for the termination.

Affiliate Program

I reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in my program if I determine that they are engaging in misuse, abuse, or gaming of the system. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, creating fake accounts, or engaging in any other activity that is deemed to be fraudulent or unethical.

In addition, any commissions earned through such activities will be withheld and not paid out.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction UK law courts where B-Live Digital Ltd is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms of service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where B-Live Digital Ltd is based.
